Great to see you on the board! You are a big inspiration. Last I heard you were getting into trail /ultras. Hope things are great in Flag!!

Easy runs in the mountains are my favorite.

How was the bball game?

Cam, thanks for the welcome and kind words! I have been dabbling with trail races. I love the different challenge of the terrain and inspiration of racing in the mountains…but the speed of road racing is still alluring. Maybe it's possible to do both?? :)

I hope you are doing well and I look forward to following your journey and racing.

Dale, I agree! Easy long runs in the mountains are one of the most inspiring and refreshing things you can do with your own two legs.

The ball game was great. A classic cross town rivalry that came down to the last few seconds. Unfortunately we lost but it was a good fight until the end :)
