AM: Great run around Ft. Tuthill trails and finished off with the loop trail. Best I've felt since this whole spiral of injures set off in Nov. and could run with my normal stride/foot strike the entire run. Ahh, I've missed my normal running body! Welcome back right leg.

PM: Beautiful and calm evening skin up to the top of the mountain and then blitzed back down. One of the first times I've haven't descended in the dark. It was kind of nice to see beyone my headlamp.

PT: R hip, adductor and hamstring w. AJ, laser

Thanks Dale! How are you doing? Enjoying the beginnings of spring?

I'm doing well, thanks. Just trying to work through some mechanical problems so I can run pain free. It'll take some time, but it'll be worth it in the long run.

Sorry to hear that you've been in pain! If you every find yourself in AZ, you should book an appointment at the sports performance center that I work for. I just do nutrition and coaching but we have awesome sports physios that are incredible with running injuries or problems. Just a thought :)

Thanks for the info. You never know, I might head down to Arizona over the next few years. I'm trying to enroll at Arizona State for an online degree in either Healthy Lifestyle Coaching or Nutrition (communication). I can't decide which one. I just got all my transcripts sent in and I'm waiting to see if they accept me. Keep your fingers crossed.

Wow! That would be incredible. I will definitely have my fingers crossed for you. The weather in the tempe/ASU area can be brutal but you can always escape up to the mountains for some summer relief.

Wishing the best for your potential acceptance!

Thanks....by the way, that sounds like a cool and fun place to work.
