I bet there are a ton of trails around there. I'm itchin' to get out to Antelope Island and run the trails. Maybe I'll plan a run out there next week.

Nice mileage today!

Does Flagstaff have any skimo races?

Andrea, we don't really…just one race that you can skin or run with traction. I wish we had a few because it would be a nice way to mix it up in the winter months. I'm assuming that there are several in UT?

SkiMo racing has really taken off here in the last couple years...they just started the Wasatch Citizen SkiMo Race Series that is every other Tuesday from Thanksgiving to April and gets over 100 people each race. Jake and I didn't do any this year, but it's definitely something we want to pursue next year.

Nice! From what i can gather, you and Jake would crush it! I've seen some of your pics and they are incredible AND adding to your overall aerobic strength that should transfer nicely into running. I've heard that the gear $$ for competitive skim is pretty ridiculous though.

I don't know how you go for multiple hours though…I am usually with a couple guys that just go hard without reprieve and I just try to hang on After 2 hours I am toast!

I hope your training is going well and you are building even more RBC's :)
